How long will shipping take? Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to follow your package's journey. What if my order is delayed? Shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll look into it. Do you ship to PO boxes? Some carriers we use are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Can I customize or personalize an item? Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, messages, or other details. Customization options are listed on each product page. If you have a specific request not covered there, reach out to us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com and we'll do our best to help. How long does it take to make a custom order? Production times vary by item and are listed on each product page. As a general guide, most custom orders are ready to ship within 5–10 business days. During busy seasons (holidays, etc.) it may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed. Can I see a proof before my order is made? For certain custom items we do offer digital proofs before production begins. This will be noted on the product page. If you'd like to confirm details before we start, just contact us right after placing your order. What if I made a mistake in my personalization details? Please contact us immediately at support@preciouscargo.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to make the correction. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible, so please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. SHIPPING & DELIVERY RETURNS & ISSUES What is your return policy? Because many of our products are custom-made just for you, we are generally unable to accept returns. Please see our full Return Policy for details. My order arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the damage. We'll make it right. I received the wrong item. What should I do? That's our mistake and we'll fix it. Contact us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send you the correct item as quickly as possible. Can I cancel my order? We begin production on custom orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible before production begins. Contact us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Non-custom orders can generally be cancelled before they ship. PAYMENTS & PRICING What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment processor. We never store your full card details. Do you charge sales tax?
