We aim to ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Precious Cargo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. Our return policy differs depending on the type of product:
Custom and personalized products — Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please reach out to us right away — we want to make it right. For non-custom items, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
