Refund policy

At Precious Cargo, your satisfaction means everything to us. Because we specialize in handmade and personalized products, our return policy reflects the nature of what we make.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom and personalized orders — including any item engraved, embroidered, printed, or otherwise made to your specifications — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies even if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or personalization detail.

That said, we stand behind everything we make. If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, a store credit, or another solution.

Non-Custom Items

For items that are not personalized or custom-made, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lovepreciouscargo.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Regardless of whether your order is custom or non-custom, if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll always do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lovepreciouscargo.com if you need to cancel. Non-custom orders can be cancelled before they ship.
